15. Family Members Are Required to Attend Annual Training in Diplomacy
Motive: To strengthen diplomatic abilities and successfully represent the nation.
Members having a great deal of experience in diplomacy may be exempt.
The royal family understands the importance of diplomacy, which is a complicated field. The yearly diplomacy training requirement for family members is clear evidence of this acceptance. A variety of subjects are covered in this training, including international relations, cross-cultural communication, and diplomatic etiquette.

The royals gain more skill and cultural awareness in handling diplomatic encounters by participating in this program. Although it's a very general rule, there are several exceptions. For example, if a family member has been a diplomat for a long time, they may be excluded due to their current level of experience.
